- Free entrance for Infant 1-3 Years Old
- Child ticket is only applicable for children age 4-9 Years Old
- Children aged 1-3 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat.

Cancellation Policy
- All pre-paid bookings are subject to the following cancellation conditions:-
- Before 3 days of tour - no cancellation fee.
- 2 days before the start of the excursion: - 50% is paid.
- 1 day before the tour date: - 100% is paid.
- The activity may be canceled due to a natural problem, in which case we offer to move the reservation to another date or you can also request a full refund.
- 20% partial payment reservation: - This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation

All fitness levels are welcomed at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, however some of our programs (such as One Day Walk With Elephants) require a moderate hiking ability. If you have mobility issues, please inform us of this prior to your visit, and we will ensure that the program type and location of your visit are suitable for your needs. You will never be forced to do anything you feel uncomfortable doing. Please note that currently, wheelchair accessibility at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Phuket is limited.
You will be provided with buffet-style traditional Thai food, including vegetarian options. All dietary restrictions can be accommodated, provided we are informed of them prior to your visit. Bottled water will also be provided free of charge, and other beverages are available for purchase.
Yes. Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Phuket offer a photography service at no extra charge. One of our professional photographers will accompany your group for the duration of your visit, and we will upload the photos taken by them to our Facebook page as soon as possible.

What a wonderful experience at this sanctuary. All the elephants here have been rescued and are well cared for, none of them are chained and can move freely. It's great to bring them food.

Spending half a day with elephants is an unforgettable experience. We ate, sat in mud baths, bathed and showered with them. It's a fun adventure because every part of the event offers a chance to be with them. There are free beanbags and their shower area is huge. I love this great event. The food was good.
