Refunds in the ticket2thailand wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- All pre-paid bookings are subject to the following cancellation conditions:-
- Before 3 days of tour - no cancellation fee.
- 2 days before the start of the excursion: - 50% is paid.
- 1 day before the tour date: - 100% is paid.
- The activity may be canceled due to a natural problem, in which case we offer to move the reservation to another date or you can also request a full refund.
- 20% partial payment reservation: - This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation

We regret that, for the safety of all our guests and our own animals in the park, pets are strictly prohibited inside our park.
Photography and video recording are prohibited inside the theater. All guests are requested to deposit all cameras, video cameras, camera phones and all recording devices at the Camera Deposit Counter at the entrance to the theater.
To allow time to enjoy your buffet dinner and all our attractions, we recommend that guests arrive no later than 18:00.
