- The Age Limit Allowed is between 4 Years old to 70 years old
- The Maximum Weight limit allowed is 120kg.
How To Use Ticket
· Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket from activity or show counter(if required)
Pick Up Information
- If You Book transfers, please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the time indicated on this voucher.
- Delays on your part can be rescheduled if possible. Otherwise, it will be automatically canceled with 100% charge.The driver may be delayed up to 15-30 minutes due to traffic or unwanted clauses. No need to show the vochure, just show our driver the mobile voucher or the mobile confirmation for this activity.

Refund Policy
Refunds in the ticket2thailand wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- All pre-paid bookings are subject to the following cancellation conditions:-
- Before 3 days of tour - no cancellation fee.
- 2 days before the start of the excursion: - 50% is paid.
- 1 day before the tour date: - 100% is paid.
- The activity may be canceled due to a natural problem, in which case we offer to move the reservation to another date or you can also request a full refund.
- 20% partial payment reservation: - This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation
