Tickets and Eligibility
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
- Children Policy: Hype Yacht has a minimun entry age requirement of 6 years old.
- Hype Yacht Experience is not recommended for Senior citizens over 70 years old or Pregnant Women.
- Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 21 years old.
How To Use Ticket
- Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket
Pick Up Information
- If You Book transfer, please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the time indicated on this voucher.
- Delays on your part can be rescheduled if possible. Otherwise, it will be automatically canceled with 100% charge. The driver may be delayed up to 15-30 minutes due to traffic or unwanted clauses. No need to show the vochure, just show our driver the mobile voucher or the mobile confirmation for this activity.
- Please note that operating hours may be affected by several factors such as weather, equipment maintenance or safety protocols.
- ticket2thailand reserves the right to cancel all bookings due to bad weather or natural disaster.

- Partial payment: - All partial payment orders are non-refundable and automatically confirmed.
- Final Payment: - Reservations where you have selected final payment will not be confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check-in information. Our customer service representative will confirm our pickup time and number of guides prior to the 12-hour tour. (If you join tours,)

Refund Policy
Refunds in the ticket2thailand wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- All pre-paid bookings are subject to the following cancellation conditions:-
- Before 3 days of tour - no cancellation fee.
- 2 days before the start of the excursion: - 50% is paid.
- 1 day before the tour date: - 100% is paid.
- The activity may be canceled due to a natural problem, in which case we offer to move the reservation to another date or you can also request a full refund.
- 20% partial payment reservation: - This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation
