- Before 3 days of tour - no cancellation fee.
- 2 days before the start of the excursion: - 50% is paid.
- 1 day before the tour date: - 100% is paid.
- The activity may be canceled due to a natural problem, in which case we offer to move the reservation to another date or you can also request a full refund.
- 20% partial payment reservation: - This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation

The tour was the greatest way to experience Koh Samui; we saw many amazing things and were picked up from the hotel by a 4x4 car and dropped off back at the hotel on schedule. The Big Buddha, Magic Garden and other locations are outstanding. I learned a lot about coconuts. The tour guide was really knowledgeable. The Thai lunch was wonderful.

Absolutely loved the Jungle Safari tour. I went with my cousins, and we had a great time spotting animals and enjoying the bumpy jeep ride.. It was safe and very well organized..
