• You will receive confirmation of the availability of your reservation within 2 minute of booking.
• Most bookings are automatically confirmed, we will send you the gift card by email or you can check it on the dashboard.
• Automatic Prepaid Booking: All automatic prepaid bookings are automatically confirmed  when you pay us through our payment gateway system.
• Partial payment: - All  partial payment orders are non-refundable and automatically confirmed.
• Final Payment: - Reservations where you have selected final payment will not be confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check-in information. Our customer service representative will confirm our pickup time and number of guides prior to the 12-hour tour. (If you join tours,)
• All private tour pick up points are already mentioned in our itinerary.

Refunds in the ticket2thailand wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

• All pre-paid bookings are subject to the following cancellation conditions:-
• Before 3 days of tour - no cancellation fee.
• 2 days before the start of the excursion: - 50% is paid.
• 1 day before the tour date: - 100% is paid.
• The activity may be canceled due to a natural problem, in which case we  offer to move the reservation to another date or you can also request a full refund.
• 20% partial payment reservation: - This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation
