- Children under 100 cm in height are not eligible to purchase tickets for the Jumping Spacecraft. In the case of a bundled ticket purchase, if the child is under 100 cm in height, the accompanying adult may use the child's Jumping Spacecraft tickets instead.

- If You Book transfers, please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the time indicated on this voucher.
- Delays on your part can be rescheduled if possible. Otherwise, it will be automatically canceled with 100% charge.The driver may be delayed up to 15-30 minutes due to traffic or unwanted clauses. - All pre-paid bookings are subject to the following cancellation conditions:-
- Before 3 days of tour - no cancellation fee.
- 2 days before the start of the excursion: - 50% is paid.
- 1 day before the tour date: - 100% is paid.
- The activity may be canceled due to a natural problem, in which case we offer to move the reservation to another date or you can also request a full refund.
- 20% partial payment reservation: - This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation
