All pre-paid bookings are subject to the following cancellation conditions:-
Before 3 days of tour - no cancellation fee.
2 days before the start of the excursion: - 50% is paid.
1 day before the tour date: - 100% is paid.
The activity may be canceled due to a natural problem, in which case we offer to move the reservation to another date or you can also request a full refund.
20% partial payment reservation: - This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation

Amazing adventure place here in Koh Samui. Great friendly, very experienced, awesome guides with good knowledge and safety practice .their own skills on the ziplines so good.
