Before 3 days of tour - no cancellation fee.
2 days before the start of the excursion: - 50% is paid.
1 day before the tour date: - 100% is paid.
The activity may be canceled due to a natural problem, in which case we offer to move the reservation to another date or you can also request a full refund.
20% partial payment reservation: - This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation

We loved the Tree Bridge Samui experience. The staff were professional, the zipline was exciting but not scary, and the bridge walk was great for photos. Ending the visit at the café with beautiful mountain views was the best part. Great experience for families and friends.

Tree Bridge Samui was one of the highlights of our trip. The zipline was fun and safe, and the tree bridge walk gave stunning views of the jungle. The café at the top is very peaceful and perfect for relaxing after the adventure. Highly recommended for nature lovers and couples

The pickup was on time and the drop-off service was also great. It was an amazing adventure zipping through the tropical rainforests. The views were really amazing—you could see the sea and even a waterfall. We got free drinks, which were good and the staff was professional and very helpful.

What a thrilling ride! It was such a rush to fly over the Koh Samui forest. The zip line was long, safe, and had some really nice views. The staff was very well trained, and I felt safe the whole time. I have to say that TIcket2Thailand did a better job than I expected with their planning and execution. I didn't have to worry about anything because everything was on time. For sure one of the best things I did in Thailand.
