• Peak and off seasons: The boat begins its journey from Royal Phuket Marina in the off season and Patong Pier in peak season. Off-peak season, from April 21 to November 9, it operates at Royal Phuket Marina, with a shuttle service by boat all the time from the pier.
• How to reach: You take a free shuttle boat (available every 20 minutes) either from Patong Pier or Royal Phuket Marina. 
• Booking: You can simply come in anytime, but better book in advance, especially during busy days. Only 500 people get in at a time. Great online offers are usually available. And credit card payments are accepted which will be reviewed upon arrival.
